TERMS & CONDITIONS – WEST END TAILOR

Welcome to West End Tailor. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of ready-made garments from our online store. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products & Accuracy

Our ready-made collections are manufactured to high-quality standards. While we strive for accuracy, slight variations in color, texture, or measurements may occur due to fabric properties and digital screen settings.

2. Orders & Payments

  • Pricing: All prices are in AUD and include GST.

  • Payment: Full payment is required at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud or payment failure.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Service: We ship Australia-wide and to selected international destinations.

  • Terms: Delivery is subject to our Shipping Policy. Once dispatched, risk of loss passes to the customer, though we provide tracking for all orders.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Policy: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Process: All returns must follow the process outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty garment, please contact us within 48 hours (and no later than 30 days) of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including designs, images, text, and logos — is the property of West End Tailor and may not be used without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, West End Tailor shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods.
