SHIPPING POLICY – WEST END TAILOR

At West End Tailor, we are committed to ensuring your tailored garments reach you securely and promptly. By placing an order, you agree to the following delivery terms.
1. Order Processing (Handling Time)

Standard Orders: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday) after payment is confirmed.

Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Custom & Pre-orders: Bespoke or pre-order items have unique lead times. Please refer to the specific timeframe noted on the individual product page.
2. Shipping Rates & Transit Times
We utilize our signature Zero-Fitting Mastery to ensure precision for all domestic and international orders.

Regional Areas: Please allow an additional 2–3 business days for delivery to rural or remote locations.

Tracking: Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.
3. International Shipping (Europe & UK)
We are proud to offer worldwide shipping from our studio in Australia.

Fulfillment Location: All current inventory is fulfilled directly from our Australian headquarters. (Note: Our European wholesale expansion via Istanbul is currently in development).

Duties, Taxes & VAT: International orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). The recipient is responsible for all import duties, Value Added Tax (VAT), and local customs brokerage fees.
4. Delivery Conditions

Signature on Delivery: Due to the high value of our tailored suits, a signature is required upon delivery. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Address Accuracy: We cannot be held responsible for lost items due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
5. Delays or Lost Parcels
While we strive to meet all estimates, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal factors beyond our control. If your parcel is lost, please contact info@westendtailor.com.
