RETURN & REFUND POLICY – WEST END TAILOR

At West End Tailor, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of ready-made garments, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

    You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    EU Customers: In accordance with EU rules, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return your order for any reason.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be

    Condition: Unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

    Packaging: In the original packaging with all tags attached.

    Exclusions: Custom-made or altered garments, sale items, undergarments, and gift cards are non-returnable.

3. How to Request a Return

   Contact Us: Email info@westendtailor.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

    Approval: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions.

    Return Address: 87C Boundary Street, West End, QLD 4101, Australia. Note: Items sent back without a prior request will not be accepted.

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

    Processing: Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

    Late Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days of approval, please contact us at info@westendtailor.com.au.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
